Most enterprise AI does not fail on technology. It fails on operating model, governance, and organizational discipline. I help boards and executives move AI from pilot to governed, operating reality.
POSITIONING STATEMENT
Enterprise AI rarely fails because a company picked the wrong model or platform. It fails because the operating model, the governance infrastructure, and the organizational discipline were never built to carry it. The pilot works. The production system stalls.
I have spent more than thirty years inside large, regulated enterprises, leading the transformation programs that move strategy into operating reality. For more than a decade, that work has centered on machine learning and AI, from financial crime analytics through today's generative and agentic systems.
I advise boards and senior executives on the part most organizations underestimate: the authority structures, controls, and operating discipline that decide whether AI scales or stalls.
WHO I AM, WHAT I DO
I am an enterprise AI strategist, author, and consultant. I work at the intersection of strategy, governance, and operating discipline, and I bring a practitioner's view, not a vendor's.
My background is unusually deep on the side of AI that breaks in production. I served as Field CTO and Enterprise Architect at ServiceNow from 2021 to 2026, where I led enterprise platform strategy and AI implementation across a portfolio exceeding $100 million in annual contract value. Before that, I spent more than two decades in financial services risk, compliance, and operations, in-house and as a management consultant, for investment banks, brokerages, asset managers, and global institutions including HSBC, Barclays, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, and Standard Chartered.
That history matters for one reason. The disciplines that govern regulated finance, clear lines of authority, auditable controls, human accountability, are the same disciplines enterprise AI now requires. I have built them before, under regulators, at scale.
HOW I WORK WITH CLIENTS
I take on a small number of engagements at a time. Each one is scoped to a specific decision the leadership team is trying to make.
Board and Executive Advisory: Trusted-advisor work on AI strategy, governance, and board-level risk reporting, calibrated for CIO, CRO, and director audiences.
AI Operating Model and Governance Design: The authority structures, controls, and human-in-the-loop frameworks that let agentic AI run safely in production rather than in the lab.
Program Diagnosis: A direct read on why an AI initiative is stuck between pilot and scale, and what it will take to move it. Most of the time the answer is not the technology.
Executive Education and Speaking: Workshops, curriculum, and keynotes for leadership teams and boards working through what AI changes and what it does not.
